The Gerogerigegege (1985 Version) / Interested In Action
The Gerogerigegege is a project I've dreamed of working with since hearing Hotel Ultra early on in my path of discovering all that noise has to offer. Here they offer up a noisy guitar and drum recording from 1985
Black Leather Jesus was also a project I dreamed of working with back then as well, and we kinda know what happened there. This is a more modern recording, of course. Harsh feedback, heavy crunch, and filthy, pervy fucking samples.
I love how this one turned out.

For over 20 years Black Leather Jesus has been there, watching, waiting, playing in small, poorly-lit rooms. Founded by Richard Ramirez in 1989, everything they do is harsh, chaotic, and completely unlistenable to the sane mind. Ramirez was inspired by the gay S&M scene to create something that will haunt the hallowed halls of your soul. Seattle's incredibly prolific doom metal outfit Blue Sabbath Black Cheer, consisting primarily of members Stan Reed and wm.Rage, have released a slew of Lp,7-in…
Latex
This fourth audio document, in a series of six, is a split Lp, titled LATEX. It involves two of the most dissolute and sinful names in the Noise scene : Black Leather Jesus and Richard Ramirez. Texas legends for almost 23 years, Black Leather Jesus have destroyed minds, ears, and stereos with their extreme soundart. An orgy of blood, junk metal, chains, screaming electronics, and gay pornography. The band has become a staple of the harsh noise scene. Noise legend, Richard Ramirez has become an i…
Machofucker
Formed in 1989 by Richard Ramirez, Black Leather Jesus has become Texas (and one of the United States) best known harsh noise groups around. Sadomasochism, gay porn, and depraved topics are themes seen in their works over the years. Best known for their work in the underground tape culture, BLJ continue with their perverse sound. The group also consists of members of T.E.F., In the Land of Archers, Respirator, and others. As usual the LP comes in a deluxe silver silkscreen on black cardboard sle…
