Cindy Lee

Cindy Lee is the diva alter ego of Patrick Flegel, singer, guitarist and drag performer, once the captain of Women, the acclaimed Canadian experimental guitar-pop band from Calgary. Working exclusively as Cindy Lee in recent years, Flegel has moved the songwriting towards high atmospherics, girl-group melodies heard through tape hiss and feedback, achieving a mysterious sweetness rooted equally in beauty and ache.
