No Regrets For Our Youth

*2026 stock. 200 copies limited edition* No Regrets For Our Youth return with I Follow the Birds, an evocative new album shaped by movement, memory, and the instinct to keep searching for somewhere beyond the horizon. Balancing introspection with a sense of open possibility, I Follow the Birds unfolds as a journey through departure and return, uncertainty and desire. Its title suggests a simple but powerful gesture: trusting what moves freely, following a direction that cannot always be explained, and choosing discovery over permanence.

Across the album, No Regrets For Our Youth create a world that feels both intimate and expansive. Moments of vulnerability sit alongside a restless energy, while the music traces the emotional landscapes of change, distance, growing older, and holding on to the parts of ourselves that still long to escape. I Follow the Birds is not a record about having all the answers. It is about listening closely—to instinct, to silence, to the call of somewhere else. It is music for open roads, late-night thoughts, and anyone who has ever felt the need to leave in order to find their way back.
