SBB's second album, originally recorded in 1978. Seven shorter, extremely varied compositions confirming the great inventiveness of the legendary trio - rushing, progressive themes and moving songs with ideas. Definitive CD edition with new booklet and bonuses. SBB spent most of 1978 on concert stages all over Europe, being, among others, the first Polish performer to take the stage at the Roskilde Festival. In September they found time to record their next studio album. Released both in Poland and Western Europe, the material - mixed by Conny Plank (producer of Kraftwerk and Ultravox, among others) - brought more compact songs than before, but just as thrilling and intriguing. The dynamic "Walkin' Around the Stormy Bay", for numerous synths and two drums, contrasts here with the pastoral "How Can I Begin", and the song-like, Beatlesque "Why No Peace" with the Pink Floyd-like "Loneliness". "Welcome" is released in a refreshed, remastered form. The basic material is supplemented by alternative versions of the songs "Rainbow Man" and "Last Man at the Station", a radio recording of "Dripping Rain, Heavy Rain" (originally considered for inclusion on the album programme) and the first draft of 'Why No Peace'.
