The last album of the original SBB before a long break. A summary of the decade full of events and achievements, as well as a kind of a clasp - completed years later with the beginning of the story, i.e. the first version of the title track, still from the Silesian Blues Band times! When "Memento z banalnym tryptykiem" was released in 1981, SBB was already history. The album, recorded a year earlier, thus became a kind of summary of the decade, in which the band searched, demolished, built and conquered all of Europe with its view of progressive rock. The fifth album of the band in Polskie Nagrania's catalogue was a peculiar buckle - on one hand it showed new fascinations of the musicians (elements of fusion in "Pulse Strategy", guitar show-offs of Slawomir Piwowar in "Triangle of Joy"), on the other hand it summed up progressive searches of the leader in the title suite: there is place here for a monumental introduction, dreamy themes in Pink Floyd style, daring guitar solo of Apostolis Antimos and even country elements! Recorded in the Radio Opole studio, "Memento z banalnym tryptykiem" was remastered from original tapes and supplemented with three additional recordings: two fragments of concerts from 1979-80 (the original version of "Moja ziemio wyśniona" with English lyrics and an improvisation based on the motifs of the title suite) and an absolutely sensational discovery: the original, first version of "Mementa..." recorded as a demo by Silesian Blues Band in 1971. Definitive CD edition with new booklet.
