Angelo Paccagnini

Angelo Paccagnini (1930 - 1999) was an Italian composer and teacher. He was a pupil of Bruno Bettinelli (1953) and worked, starting in 1958, with Bruno Maderna and Luciano Berio at the Studio di Fonologia Musicale of the RAI in Milan, of which he later became director (from 1968 to 1970). Following his experience at the Studio di Fonologia Musicale, he quickly established one of the first Italian chairs in electronic music at the Milan Conservatory.
