Car Commercials
Car Commericals is the duo of David Sutton (Current Amnesia, Friends & Family) and Daniel DiMaggio (Home Blitz), two creeps from New Brunswick and Princeton, respectively. Their collaboration dates back to a short-lived project called GT Performers, under which these two released a few limited cassette missives via Sutton's Leaf Leaf label. The pair then - ahem - switched gears & become hitherto known as Car Commercials. Their highly personal, stumblingly messy strain of punk finds its roots in the Suburban nonsense nihilism of early Half Japanese, presented with flippant gusto.
