Giles, Giles and Fripp was a pioneering British trio formed in 1967, featuring brothers Michael and Peter Giles with Robert Fripp. Their experimental pop blend of psychedelia, jazz, and avant-garde elements laid groundwork for progressive rock. Their sole album The Cheerful Insanity of Giles, Giles and Fripp showcased the innovative songwriting that would later evolve into King Crimson.
