Innercity

Innercity is the project of Hans Dens, a Belgian producer from Antwerp. He makes dark, synthesizer-based music with monotonous, repetitive rhythms, moving between drone, noise and ambient passages. His first LP, Future Life, came out on Aguirre Records. Backworld, his second album, was recorded in Antwerp and issued by Ikuisuus with Release The Bats in an edition of 300 copies, with mastering by Viktor Ottosson. The Seattle label Further Records later released A Lion's Baptism on vinyl.
