Joachim Spieth

Joachim Spieth is a German DJ, producer and composer who works between hypnotic techno and ambient music. He made his first records for the Cologne label Kompakt in the late 1990s and later founded his own imprint, Affin, which he still runs. In recent years his albums have leaned towards slow, spacious ambient pieces. Joachim Spieth released his first full-length album, Irradiance, on Affin in 2017, the year of the label's tenth anniversary.
