Jonas Reinhardt

Jonas Reinhardt is the recording name of Jesse Reiner, an American electronic musician based in San Francisco. Reiner works with analogue synthesizers and keyboards in a line that runs back to 1970s German and French electronic music, and he studied music synthesis at the Harvard Electronic Music Center. The project started on Kranky in 2008 and later moved toward cosmic disco. Reiner recorded the self-titled debut Jonas Reinhardt (Kranky, 2008) alone.
