Luciano Maggiore

Luciano Maggiore is an Italian musician from Palermo who lives and works in London. His performances use loudspeakers and analogue and digital devices such as walkmans, CD players, samplers and tape recorders as instruments, and his practice is built around sound diffusion, performance, repetition and endurance. Maggiore's interests also include non-human animal languages, dance and folklore. With Louie Rice he runs NO-PA/PA-ON, a project for performing score-based works, both acoustic and amplified.
