Lyke Wake

Lyke Wake is the project of Stefano Di Serio, a noise and electronic musician based in Rome who has been active under the name since the 1980s. He came out of the Italian industrial scene of that decade, and his later work, which he calls symphonic noise, sets dark electronic textures against sampled voices and synthetic strings. He releases his music on his own label, Aseptic Noise. Di Serio's early releases include The Dark Sea Of Pain (1984) and Lost In The Psychic Noise (1985), and he shared a split LP with Nightmare Lodge on Minus Habens.
