Mister Water Wet

Mister Water Wet is the project of Kansas City musician and producer Iggy Romeu, who writes, records and produces sample-based music between ambient, instrumental hip-hop, jazz and Americana. After early releases on West Mineral and Lillerne Tapes, the project found a home on the Soda Gong label, which has issued its albums since 2022. Romeu's Soda Gong debut, Top Natural Drum (October 2022), mixes ceramic and wooden percussion with programmed drums and soft melodic layers.
