Ned Milligan
Ned Milligan is a musician based in New York who works with field recordings, chimes, autoharp, piano and tape processing. A school teacher who describes himself as an occasional musician, he makes quiet, small-scale ambient pieces, many of them recorded in Maine. He is also known as the founder of Florabelle, a label for small-run editions that he conceived in 2014 and launched in 2015. Milligan's Florabelle releases include Continental Burns, Nature Always Needs Improving and Enter Outside.
