The New Sadism

The New Sadism was one of the aliases of Pietro Mazzocchin, an Italian musician from Bassano del Grappa who worked in the industrial and noise cassette scene of the early 1980s. Under this name he made Urge to Kill, a tape originally published by the Italian label Aquilifer Sodality. Mazzocchin also recorded as Swastika Kommando and Observation Clinique, and as Lyoto Music together with Pierpaolo Zoppo of Mauthausen Orchestra. His tapes appeared on Broken Flag and Recloose Organisation in the UK and on Aquilifer Sodality, while many others were self-released.
