Tomo Katsurada

Tomo Katsurada is a Japanese musician and multi-instrumentalist who now lives and works in Amsterdam. He co-founded the Tokyo psychedelic rock band Kikagaku Moyo in 2012 with drummer Go Kurosawa and was its singer and guitarist for ten years. After the band stopped in 2022 he started a solo path built around small-format records tied to picture books, and collaborations with other musicians. Tomo Katsurada played vocals, guitar, percussion and cello in Kikagaku Moyo, whose albums include House in the Tall Grass (2016), Masana Temples (2018) and Kumoyo Island (2022).
