Experimental electronic artist Heat and White (Olof Persson) announces the release of his new full-length album Ascend at Sharp Angles, now available worldwide via Bandcamp and all major digital platforms. 

A follow‑up to recent works like Violence Patterns and Slo‑Mo / Signal Echoes, Ascend at Sharp Angles is an immersive, introspective record that blends ambient textures, subtle rhythmic pulses, and delicate melodic fragments into a cohesive sonic landscape. Over eight carefully crafted tracks and roughly 40 minutes, the album traces a path from stillness to motion, from shadow to light, inviting listeners into a space of reflection and quiet intensity.

Ascend at Sharp Angles occupies the space between ambient, modern composition, and minimal electronic music, where atmosphere and detail are paramount. Warm drones, soft piano figures, and processed field recordings weave together with restrained beats and echoing synth lines, creating a sense of both intimacy and vastness. 

The album’s title suggests a movement that is neither smooth nor easy, but deliberate and angular – a climb that requires focus and patience. Each track unfolds slowly, allowing space for subtle shifts in tone and texture, rewarding close listening and repeated plays.
