Preface by Gary Panter. Bruno Richard (born in 1956 in Curepipe, Mauritius) is an artist, illustrator and graphic designer. Co-founder with Pascal Doury of the magazine Elles sont de sortie in 1977, one of the first French graphzines, he became its sole editor in 1994. He is a central figure in international graphic and editorial experimentation, one of the first to position himself at the intersection of Japanese, American and European artistic margins.
