*100 copies limited edition* Without a shadow of a doubt, this release is surely the most astonishing and the strangest of Fractal Records' catalog, through the history of this band, and notably regarding the existence of this record, which seems to be one of the most enigmatic albums in the entire history of German rock from the end of the 60s to the present day! NB: The incredible story of Graograman is told in a 12-page booklet.

Absolutely no information is currently available on this group, thus likely being the most obscure formation in all the German rock, to such an extent that you will find nothing on the internet (except only one track, published online after Fractal contacted the group in 2024), knowing that Graograman does not appear in the German rock encyclopedia "The Crack In The Cosmic Egg" (and the book already list 976 artists! Theoretically, Graograman should have appeared on page 116, between Manuel Göttsching and Grasland).

Graograman formed in 1981 in Fellbach, Germany, and remained active until 1985. All tracks on this double LP were recorded between 1982 and 1984 and come from a private cassette tape (never released), with hints of Troya or Clear Blue Sky. Fans of what is known as Krautrock will be pleased.

Like many other famous German bands of the ‘70s (who were also their mentors) influenced by English legends Pink Floyd, Camel, Uriah Heep, etc., this very young four-piece band (under 20 at the time!), plus a guest female singer, plays in the fullness of its innocent, expressive, and laid-back youth, a progressive rock driven by catchy riffs, heavy bass, wah-wah guitar, and skillful keys, on joyful and melodic compositions, sometimes instrumental, sometimes sung (in English or German), even going as far as 50s blues rock’n’roll on one track. Graograman is a pure bath of eternal youth for the spirit.
