Listening as the basis for social, bodily and passionate movement and transformation. Are we not moved by the things we hear? These energetic intrusions and ambiences that touch the skin, vibrate the air, evoke relations. Is there an alien force intrinsic to sonic experience and the currents of sound? Currents that pass across subjects and objects, and that give way to a multiplicity of rhythms, vocalities, gestures, scrapings. The work circles around listening as the basis for movement and tran…
In a world dominated by the visual, could contemporary resistances be auditory? What is the materiality of sound? How does the materiality of sound affect listening? What resistances can be configured from working with biomaterials and sound? Do these bio_sonic_agencies open up other possible spaces that do not exist in the visual regime? The radio work Bio_Sonic_Agencies follows such questioning through a focus on matters of air. Air is highlighted as an elemental force that moves across human …
The present work's underlying concept is based on processes of corrosion, suppression or decomposition of time-based information as well as their mergence, which may result in formal reshaping through random and uncontrollable events. Loosely relating to the geological metasomatic process, the magnet coating is carefully removed from audiotapes that were augmented with innumerable sounds beforehand. Hence, this particular magnet coating is divided into small fragments that eventually appear to …

**75 copies, hand numbered** Separated by a ten year period, the five pieces composing this record share the same contemplative, hypnotic and sedative space. We contemplate, we descend, we descend and contemplate, opening a space within ourselves to receive and shape imagined, flexible structures, peacefully cohabiting an apparently contradictory reality one in which fixed musical materials live through the transient nature of a moment. It is precisely in the duality between composition and im…
