Bernhard Lang
Bernhard Lang (b. 1957, Linz) is an Austrian composer, improviser and writer of software for composition. He is best known for the Differenz/Wiederholung cycle, begun in 1998 and drawn from Gilles Deleuze's Difference and Repetition, and for the Monadologie series, in which existing scores by composers such as Beethoven, Schubert and Bruckner are reworked with computer assistance.
