It was in 1963, in the pittoresque city of Wolfsburg, where Max Müller grew up in a small village called Reislingen, where he had a nice view on the VW-factory area. In 1980 he founded the legendary punk-band Honkas, and among music fans, their single has still the reputation of beeing a milestone in punkrock music today. When he moved to Berlin in 1982, he founded the band Camping Sex, which released a self-titled LP in 1984. With live performances in New York, Montreal and France, the band established itself in the unique scene together with FLIPPER and SWANS.

Here it is: The Campingsex LP from 1985. Finest depressing Noise-Rock from Germany in the style of Flipper. The whole thing was re-released last year by Vinyl-On-Demand in a limited edition of 500 copies and with a bonus LP including a live concert and rare outtakes.
