Dan Warburton
Dan Warburton is a British violinist, pianist and composer who works in free improvisation, often recording in unusual spaces such as metro stations and car parks. He is also known as a writer on experimental music, notably for Signal to Noise magazine. His record Métro Pré Saint-Gervais is an improvisation recorded inside a Paris metro station with saxophonist Jean-Luc Guionnet and sound artist Eric La Casa. Métro Pré Saint-Gervais was taped on 10 July 2001, first issued in 2002 and reissued by Swarming in 2018.
