Frieder Butzmann
Frieder Butzmann is a German composer, musician, radio artist and performer, born in Konstanz in 1954 and active in Berlin since the mid-1970s. He was one of the early figures of German industrial music at the end of the 1970s and belonged to the circle of the Geniale Dilletanten, and his work moves between electronic experiments, radio plays, performance and what he calls comic music. Frieder Butzmann released the LP Vertrauensmann des Volkes, with Genesis P-Orridge of Throbbing Gristle as a guest singer.
