Jeremiah Chiu

Jeremiah Chiu is an American synthesist and visual artist who came out of Chicago's music scene and later moved to Los Angeles. He works with modular synthesizers, often in a duo with violist Marta Sofia Honer, and records for the Chicago label International Anthem, for which he also designs album art. Chiu and Honer's first album, Recordings from the Åland Islands (2022), combines viola, synthesizer and field recordings made on the Baltic archipelago. His solo album In Electric Time (2023) was improvised live at the Vintage Synthesizer Museum in Los Angeles.
