Ramleh

Ramleh is a British group started by guitarist Gary Mundy in 1982, during the early power electronics scene. Mundy also ran the Broken Flag label, which issued much of the group's early material. The band began with harsh electronic noise and later moved toward a heavy form of noise rock. Philip Best of Whitehouse joined in 1989, and Ramleh were closely tied to Skullflower, a group Mundy co-founded and whose members Anthony di Franco and Stuart Dennison later played in Ramleh.
