Ramuntcho Matta

Ramuntcho Matta (Paris, 1958), son of surrealist painter Roberto Matta, is a composer, producer and multidisciplinary artist whose work sits at the intersection of experimental music, sound poetry and cross-cultural collaboration. In the 1980s and 90s he produced key recordings with Brion Gysin, Don Cherry and William Burroughs, documenting the last creative years of the Beat generation's inner circle.
