Each letter is associated with an artist Each letter gives birth to an unwanted word The music is the artist's personal vision of silence 26 tapes by 26 italian acts. Each tape is hand numbered and limited to 100 copies. And the "k" letter is dedicated to k11 (Pietro Riparbelli)
Cathode Deafness
Two cathode ray tube televisions , a tape loop and an echo-looper pedal. The intent is to explore through the two televisions the emptied ether due to the shifting of the TV channels from the aerial signal to the digital . Has done a bunch of tapes & singles for Florida is Dying, Hozac, & Jerkwave. A more minimal, darker, atmospheric vibe prevails here that hints a bit more towards loner psychedelic guitar & improv than any prior recordings have. Still present is the punchy, noisy psychedelic synth punk, but its fused w/ an almost otherworldy sound, something really eclectic & unknown.
