**Color vinyl; edition of 500. ** First vinyl reissue of this true gem from the "cocktail generation" soundtracks! The great Armando Trovajoli, an exceptional composer and the one who brought American jazz to the Italian cinema, with his experienced touch, elegant phrasing and irony curry the listener over this incredible sound experience supported by the mighty vocal band, I Cantori Moderni di Alessandro Alessandroni. Bossa jazz vibes for this truly magnificent score for this Italian crime comedy movie -  with a groovy swinging jazz vocal group (I Cantori Moderni) over jazzy riffing and groovin – on upbeat tunes that are very cool, with a mod 60s style throughout! The whole thing swings mightily – and kind of feels like what might have happened if the Swingle Singers ever recorded with Lalo Schifrin – his best jazz-infused instrumentation, and their wonderfully dynamic vocal approach sequel of the famous The Seven Gold Men (1965) here presented in audiophile quality. 45RPM
