Kashmere Stage Band

★ World's first LP reissue ★ First limited edition ★ With obi ★ This is the world's best student band rare groove! A storm of jazz funk coiled by the 70's Cashmere High School Brass Band from Houston, Texas, with an astonishing groove that you would never think was from high school students! The songs, jacket design, sound quality, and every aspect of this rare groove masterpiece will be reissued on LP for the first time, including the four titles in the entire catalog! This is a live album released in 1973, the year that a high school band from Texas accomplished the feat of touring Europe! From the original song "Kashmere" (A3), which starts off with a tight drum break, to the fast-paced funk tune "Head Wiggle" (B3), which is led by a groovy bass, to the theme song of the classic blaxploitation movie "Black Jaguar", "Shaft" (B1), all the songs are thrillingly performed at a level that surpasses the original! This is the fifth album released in 1973, and it has the same quality as a studio recording, but also the tension that can only be felt in a live performance!
