Francesco Ziello is a multi-instrumentalist musician and electroacoustic composer, born in 1984 and based in Rome. From the beginning his contact with music is dominated by strong contrasts: on the one hand the classical aspect with the study of piano and on the other the influence of the roots of popular music and improvisation with the self-taught approach to other instruments, such as percussion and guitar. In 2012 he graduated from the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia, where for a period he studied composition, piano and, later, electronic music. Between 2014 and 2017 he participated in various festivals, such as ArteScienza, Emufest, FestivalContro, as a performer, interpreter of contemporary music and electroacoustic composer.

Since 2017 he has dedicated himself to musical research activities and its possible applications towards neurological pathologies. In this sense, he collaborated with Michelangelo Lupone's CRM as musical technical assistant for an experiment conducted with the faculty of psychiatric rehabilitation of the University of Tor Vergata. Since 2015, as composer and audio technician, he has been collaborating with the Accademia Nazionale Di Danza, with the PinDoc company and with the Eurasia Dance Project of choreographer Stefano Fardelli, for whom he has written the music in several contemporary dance shows performed in Asia and Europe. A founding member of the Avidi Lumi Cultural Association, since 2018 he has been involved in various projects for educational and popular purposes of contemporary music.

Since 2019 he has been mainly dedicated to his solo project, focusing on his first album Nine Hundred Fifty Seven and on some concerts where, through different instruments used on stage (piano, electric and 12-string guitar, old string instruments converted to percussion and electronically processed), he returns to a minimal and emotional instrumental approach, keeping alive the experiences conducted in the world of contemporary art and research.
