Very rare and obscure 1970 library album on Style split into one side of beautiful variations of romantic themes and one experimental side of "pure timbral and a-rhythmic research", composed by Fabio Borgazzi (Fabor) and Maria Augusta Bruni (Raffeng). Never re-issued on either LP or CD.

A record in two halves, as the title promises: the thematic side has romantic, evocative acoustic cues for flutes, guitars, piano and horns, each named for a woman (Assunta, Nunziata, Concettina, Maddalena, Rosalia); the athematic side is atonal, abstract, dotted with sound effects and built for what the sleeve calls "dramatic visions" (Migrazione, Termostatico, Insonnia, Tetraetile).
Fabio Fabor on Style, the Milanese library label, 1974, in an original pressing. The contrast between the two sides is the argument: the same composer, the same session, two faces of the trade.
