Working in the lower registers of the piano, as he did in the late '70s, this intensely powerful live performance is unlike anything previously released by Palestine. Recorded by Christoph Heemann in Aachen, Germany at the Ludwig Museum in 2000 on the occasion of the 1000 year celebration of Charlemagne and subsequently processed by Heemann, The Apocalypse Will Blossom offers the closest experience you can have to hearing Palestine live without witnessing one of his performances.
