*25 copies limited edition* Dhangsha - Bengali for 'destruction' - electronic musician engaged in disruption at the interface of bass culture and experimental noise. Dhangsha creates dark, edgy soundscapes where distorted alien motifs and African clave accents evolve and disintegrate over sparse but heavy beats creating turbulent scores of distorted bass. Various distortions impel each track towards a sense of impending collapse. His remit is to explore minimalism, repetition and fragmentation in sound, and via these principles, to express or imply political sentiment.
