Performers - among them Siwan Rhys, Gordon MacKay, Anton Lukoszevieze, Mira Benjamin, Ben Smith, George Barton, Chihiro Ono, Heather Roche, and Gavin Morrison - reveal new timbres and shades in each iteration or fragment. The album closes with “Laurence Crane on Whitecross St.”, a solo piano piece that glances toward specific memory and pared-down lyricism.
