Osunfisan Brothers & Sisters

The Osunfisan Brothers & Sisters were a Nigerian musical group active during the late 1970s and early 1980s, known for their unique blend of Afrobeat, funk, and psychedelic soul. Their discography includes notable releases such as the 1979 album "Yoga - Be An Enlightened Soul - Stay Young And Pure With Yoga", which features tracks like "Dancing Mood." Their music has garnered attention among Afro-funk enthusiasts, with tracks like "Iyawo", "Animal Doctor, “Dino”, " “Dancing Mood” being highlighted by collectors and reissue labels.

This is a major milestone for collectors and enthusiasts of Afro-funk and psychedelic soul as the music was previously unavailable before this official release. The restoration and mastering was done by the Dan “Sonic Genius” Elleson, sounding better than the original recording. While information about the group is limited, their contributions to the Nigerian music scene during that era remain appreciated.
