Aurinkovuosi brings together five cassette singles made by J. K., which were originally released in small editions (10 copies each) by Vuosi label during 2018–2022. These ten season-inspired minimal "audio vignettes" combine various electroacoustic sounds and techniques with field recordings. They are also experiments on short-form drone piece composing.
