Sole edition of the obscure 1981 Italian free jazz album on the microscopic Rombo label by a sax/bass/percussion trio. Never re-issued on either LP or CD. Autographed copy!
condition (record/cover): NM / EX (autographed dedication on front)
F.M. is dedicated to Theresia Mayer, 1905-1980, and Via Novara to someone called Rosalba; the dates and names in the track list are about all the biography this record offers. Triangolo was a trio of Maurizio Signorino on saxophone, Alessandro Maria Lunghi on double bass and Massimo Valdina on percussion, and Agavi came out in 1981 on Rombo.
The music is Italian free jazz of the small-label kind. Via Novara opens side one at more than ten minutes and Quarantaquattro follows at almost nine; side two moves through Plutone and three short pieces, ending with New York.
