Anechoic-Y gathers two pieces of about sixteen minutes each, Ane-Y and Choic-Y, that Maurizio Bianchi, signing as M.B., performed with what the insert calls anenoises and choictronics, recorded at an undetermined time in 2017 at the Emoptyc studio in Opera. The artwork plays on photographs of anechoic chambers, the rooms built to absorb every reflection of sound.
Limited edition of 30 copies. The CDr comes in a black cardboard envelope of about 13x13 cm with a sticker on the front and a small sticker on the disc; inside there is a photocopied insert, 12x12 cm closed and 12x24 cm open, printed on both sides. Layout by Antonio Benini.
