Maurizio Bianchi's Kathamenja, first issued by Lona Records in 2011, back on CDr from BeTon Raw: five tracks, close to seventy minutes, with the original preface printed in the package. 30 copies.

Kathamenja was first released by Lona Records in 2011 and returns on BeTon Raw in a new CDr edition. Maurizio Bianchi composed, recorded and performed the five tracks, from FSH-LH and The Scarlet Flux to Mectpyo Evacuation, Physiologic Catharsis and the 24-minute title piece, close to seventy minutes in all. The preface printed in the package reads:

"In the informal medicalese, "kathamenja" is the synonymous for sanguiferous menstruations, gory menses, bleeding period, but the self-regulation of veritable sparingness infringes the obscurantist prototype for melanotic legalization. The halogen inspiration dispraises every particle of this conveyer opus, until the cankerous anaesthetization. Is it purely impressionable or merely indifferent?"

Limited edition of 30 copies. The CDr comes in a black cardboard envelope of about 13x13 cm with a sticker on the front and a small sticker on the disc; inside there are two printed 12x12 cm inserts, printed on both sides. Layout by Antonio Benini.
