Angelo Bignamini is an Italian sound artist. He is an up-and-coming artist who has released works on current experimental/objects sounds labels such as Falt, more mars team, Zoomin' Night, Staaltape (the sublabel of Staalplaat), and Kirigirisu.

"Batelli a Vapore" (meaning “steamboat”) is inspired by Arthur Rimbaud's poem " Le Bateau ivre/The Drunken Boat". Like a ship hitting by the waves, sounds of poor contact and interference noise quietly ring out, and behind them, occasionally instrumental melodies and voices from the wireless quietly appear. When you hear the word "steamboat," you might imagine a noisy motor sound or violent waves, but the noises you hear here are always gentle, and the sounds that appear here and there are all silent but very lyrical and beautiful. And at the end, a gentle guitar melody appears, as if the movie has ended and the end credits have begun, and the story comes to a close.
