Started out as a sideproject to Incipientium and The Family Men, Gustav Danielsbackas' Future Chemicals has slowly evolved into its own ugly thing, exploring his passion for video culture and dystopian, technological havoc. Death Drug And TV Screen was initially meant as a soundtrack for a film started in 2022 that got forever stuck in limbo. Saved from the production room vortex, Discreet Music now presents the whole, massive thing in its mind-melting entirety. Clocking in on almost 70 ambitious minutes, the album is an epic journey into a violent but strangely beautiful post-everything wasteland.
