Felicity Mangan, Colin Andrew Sheffield

For the first time, Elevator Bath presents two complementary masterworks of contemporary sound art in an exclusive bundle offer. Felicity Mangan's debut vinyl String Figures and label founder Colin Andrew Sheffield's latest opus Serenade represent the full spectrum of electroacoustic innovation—from quasi-bioacoustic environmental hybrids to plunderphonic archaeological excavations.

While Mangan maps the liminal frequencies where wetland ecosystems meet electromagnetic fields, Sheffield unearths hidden melodies from the buried archives of funk, soul, and jazz. Together, these releases demonstrate nearly three decades of Elevator Bath's commitment to experimental excellence, offering collectors a rare opportunity to own two essential documents that define the current state of American underground music.

Available as a special bundle in both clear vinyl and black vinyl editions, this pairing reveals the remarkable breadth of contemporary electroacoustic practice. From the tactile drones of Berlin's hybrid soundscapes to the jagged assemblages of Austin's plunderphonic underground, these works prove that innovation thrives when artists dare to push beyond established categories.
