Ennio Morricone's score for Roman Polanski's Frantic (1988), Harrison Ford lost in Paris, which the composer treated as a chance to write a jazz-noir suite: saxophone over synthesizers, a theme that never resolves, the sound of a man walking through a city that will not explain itself. It was one of Morricone's few scores for a major Hollywood thriller of the period and among his most atmospheric.

The album also carries Grace Jones (!)'s I've Seen That Face Before (Libertango), used in the film's nightclub scene. Elektra US pressing, original.
