A legendary soundtrack for a cult bizarre movie from the far Japan, by Asei Kobayashi and Micky Yoshino, performed by the group Godiego. For those who haven't seen the film, the music is stylistically varied with a general emphasis on '70s piano-pop, grooves and experimental passages. It's quite clear from the stellar performances and recording that a lot of love was invested in the making of this soundtrack. The main theme that plays throughout the movie is here, of course, as is the theme for the iconic Kung Fu ("Eat"), the campy pop songs, the merry interludes ("Sweet dreams of days gone by"), the oppressive interludes ("Eat Eat Eat", "Oriental Melon Man") and even the hilarious blues parody "Haunted House Blues".
