L'uomo di rame ("The Copper Man") on Penta Flowers, one of the Flower group of Roman library labels, pairs Sergio Montori and Elvio Monti on a programme of industrial and mechanical cues: metals, machines, the factory floor as rhythm section. Monti is a prolific figure of the Roman scene; Montori less so, and the two produce a record more percussive and more electronic than the label's average.

Flower and its satellites (Penta, Lew) issued some of the most collected Italian library of the seventies, and this is a mid-catalogue example in original form.
