Rorschac 2 or “Lolophophora” tells the story of Lolo, an expert magician and spy of Hollywood. "...Aspetta!" Caught up in an abstract rapture through Hollywood’s Babylonian magic scene, our protagonist finds herself on the run, (or shall we say, on the prowl). A devilish plot to uncover Lolo’s whereabouts is at hand. A counterspell is needed. Through the use of the infamous spiral rug, a devilish mirror-trick is then cast. That which lies behind the curtains is revealed! Who dares wins!
For Lolo, an entity of neutral disposition, hiding in plain sight is easy, especially with the help of carefully thought-out illusion techniques. After completing her futuristic vaudeville gigs, Lolo performs her disappearing act. Separating into three and back again into one, sinking into the spiralling abyssine monochromia and then dissipating into a cloud of smoke. Sleuth and silver. A cat’s whisker. 1, 3, 1. At last, the trick understands...
