Aux Armes

*150 copies limited edition* Aux Armes returns with Siege, a merciless and deeply charged new album released by Minneapolis-based label Phage Tapes.

Built from punishing industrial electronics, stark rhythmic structures, and an atmosphere of permanent confrontation, Siege is music shaped by endurance. Its nine tracks move through tension, resistance, sacrifice, and remembrance, balancing mechanical force with a stark emotional weight. There is no release from the pressure: every pulse feels like a warning, every repetition like another step forward through hostile ground.

From the opening impact of “The Eternal Sacrifice” and “Stand Your Ground” to the monumental “Azovstal Defenders” and the closing “Flesh To Steel,” the album unfolds as a single, uncompromising statement. Tracks such as “Heroiam Slava,” “Маріу́поль,” and “Glory Is Forever” give Siege a clear historical and human dimension, transforming industrial noise into a document of solidarity, grief, and defiance.

Aux Armes create a sound that is physical without becoming simplistic: cold machinery, distorted pressure, disciplined rhythms, and overwhelming walls of texture are constantly set against moments of bleak grandeur. The result is an album that feels less like a collection of songs than a fortified structure—severe, focused, and built to withstand impact.
