Subterranean Dining Rooms were an Italian psychedelic folk rock band active in the second half of the 1980s. Their musical output was primarily inspired by artists such as Syd Barrett and Nikki Sudden, and they were among the first Italian neo-psychedelic artists. Founded by Stefano Ghittoni as a side project of Peter Sellers and the Hollywood Party, the band released their first album, "There's No Rock'n Roll Singer Without a Spanish Knife," in 1988 on Crazy Mannequin.
